From just your home computer, you can make beats & instrumentals yourself, record your vocals, and end up with a pretty good quality finished recording of your song. No longer do you need to resort to finding studios & producers to produce beats for you, and help you in recording your own music onto a demo cd. You can do everything yourself, you just have to learn how.
Making beats is easy, and a lot of people are starting to learn how to do it. Soulja Boy learned how to produce his own beats using Fruity Loops in just one summer, and was able to make himself into a rap superstar. Anyone who has a computer can learn to make beats at home, but not everyone is doing it. Why? Most people think the process is hard, but after doing a bit of research into beat-making, I’ve found that the process actually isn’t as difficult as one might think. I’m actually amazed to realize how easy it is!
So one day, I decided to dive myself into this whole “creating your own music” process, and I found that the process can be quite overwhelming at first for people who aren’t sure of what they’re getting themselves into. “Digital Audio Workstations”, “Software Synths”, “Asio Drivers”, “Midi-controllers”,… all of these unknown terms sort of left me clueless at first. But after having done my research, the beat-making process turned out to be not as scary as I had first thought it to be. There are a great number of products out there (such as Music Producer Pro & Rap Beats Manual) that teach you everything you need to know about the whole process of making beats, and I will be posting my own reviews on them. Hopefully this information will be useful to those who are newbies & are feeling so eager to learn how to make their own beats at home.
